Victor Alejandre
PhD Student
Victor Alejandre studied his B.Sc in Mathematics at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (2017- 2021) where he specialized in the areas of Statistics and Analysis. Subsequently, he obtained a M.Sc. degree in Artificial Intelligence at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (2022-2023), where he is currently a Ph.D. student at the Artificial Intelligence Department.
- Research Interests:
- His research interests are centered around Explainable Artificial Intelligence, particularly the role that Probabilistic Graphical Models play within this area. This includes research on the relationship between Probabilistic Graphical Models and explanations in Artificial Intelligence. The end goal is improving model and processes comprehension and enhancing trust in the model’s decisions both in supervised and unsupervised contexts.
